Parent Support Information

Thank you so much to all our parent helpers who help the show run smoothly.

Concert time is super fun, but we can’t get our amazing performances on stage without the help of our amazing parent helpers. To make the running of concerts go as smooth as possible we ask each class for 2 volunteers to help our dancers backstage.

As a parent helper, you get the whole backstage experience whilst helping you child’s class. You get to be there in rehearsals, see your dancer perform from the unique position of side stage, and get a discounted ticket for the opposite half of show.

You will need to help your class at all rehearsals as well as their show.

Rehearsals:

Senior Show - Sunday 5th November (parent support is helpful but not compulsory)

Junior Show - Sunday 12th November (parent support compulsory)

Dress Rehearsals:

Senior Show - Sunday 26th November (parent support compulsory)

Junior Show - Sunday 3rd December (parent support compulsory)

Empire Theatre

Senior Show dress rehearsal - Friday 8th December (parent support compulsory)

Junior Show dress rehearsal - Saturday 9th December (parent support compulsory)

We are still looking for one or two helpers for the following classes:

• Ballet 6 Wednesday
• Ballet 7 Wednesday
• Ballet 7 Thursday
• Jazz 4
• Jazz 6 and Ballet 8
• Tap 1
• Tap 2
• Hip hop blue/purple
• 6yrs and 8yrs performance teams
